I’m a writer and copy-editor, New-Zealand-born and UK-based, with special interest in travel, food, and mental wellbeing.
Author of Things I Learned From Falling, a memoir about fear and loneliness, told through the experience of surviving four days injured in the desert.
As a freelance writer I’ve been published in Westjet, Delicious, ELLE, Lodestars Anthology, Jamie Oliver, and Trek & Mountain, and the Lodestars Anthology‘s travel book, Pathways.
I was also chief sub-editor for Jamie Oliver’s magazine Jamie for five years, and have subbed for titles including National Geographic Traveller, National Geographic Food, Courier, Food & Travel and InStyle.
